Serve as the business project manager for the Enterprise Customer Master Platform—overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, while coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and providing progress reports to the VP and governance committees.
Support the VP in developing and maintaining governance frameworks and processes for the Enterprise Customer Master Platform, ensuring full compliance with data governance standards and applicable regulations (PDPA, NCSC, Bank of Thailand).
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to define requirements, manage governance, and ensure data integrity for the platform, supporting compliant implementation, enhancements, and operations.
Lead user training, communication, and governance representation initiatives to promote consistent data standards and best practices across all platform users.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in data management, business analysis, or project.
Certifications in Project Management, Data Governance, or Business Analysis are advantageous.
