- Create test scripts and support functional testing, UAT, and pre–go-live activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements (user stories), and map business processes, including UI/UX.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness for UAT, training, and system launch.
- Prepare reports and materials related to project status and quality.
- Maintain and update user stories using JIRA and Confluence.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related areas (e.g., insurance, banking, consulting, IT).
- Experience in PDPA or the insurance business is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English.
