- Embrace agile practices and development best practices, with a focus on backlog management and performance indicator tracking.
- Suggest, communicate, and refine tools, rituals, and practices associated with agile methodologies and development processes.
- Define a clear product vision that encompasses its objectives, scope, and key functionalities.
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies and support IT Project Managers.
- Lead and customize training sessions, foster communication, and drive change through hands-on practice.
- Track team adoption and progress, offering recommendations for improvement as needed.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelors or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in agile method and coaching.
- Banking knowledge is a plus.
