Responsibilities: 
  • Tier-1 application support provides help desk assistance, system administration, and coordinating with Tier-2 and regional application support for all types of issues affecting end users, such as software problems, network breakdowns, and hardware failures.
Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years’ experience in application helpdesk support.
  • Experienced in multiple issue tracking tools (JIRA).
  • Having programming background and preliminary middleware knowledge i.e. jBoss.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to help users fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience, writing and editing skills to create incident reports.
  • Ability to troubleshoot & diagnose problems, work in shift and on holidays.
