Evaluate process management and business requirements and translate them into Functional specification.
Analyze and document business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified systems.
Liaise with relates teams and clients to deliver functional requirements, screen and interface designs, impact/gap analysis before development.
Design business flow, system diagram and others systems based on business requirements.
Interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Collaborates with Product Owner and business partners to obtain and define requirements and translate into meaningful Epics and stories so that squad team can deliver objectives.
Researches, designs, and documents processes for the enhancement, development, and maintenance of business systems.
คุณสมบัติ
3 – 5 years in Business Analyst role with at least one year in project management.
Knowledge in Agile Process model and waterfall process is a plus.
Strong MS offices, Systems/Application architecture, and/or other financial systems.
