- Translate business stories and acceptance criteria into detailed technical tasks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI to validate flows and ensure backend feasibility.
- Define data mappings, transformations, and system integrations, including data flow and dependencies.
- Work closely with DEV and QA on API design (Swagger/OpenAPI), performance, and NFRs.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation (Arc42) and system diagrams (C4 Model, UML).
- Participate in sprint activities, including estimation and task breakdown.
- Keep documentation and diagrams up to date, and track technical debt with mitigation plans.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer engineering, computer science, or IT related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst in Agile/sprint-based environments.
- Strong in system design diagrams (C4 Model, UML) and API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Experience with architecture documentation (Arc42) and data mapping across system integrations.
- Comfortable working with BA, DEV, QA, and Solution Architects in cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise integration or domains such as e-commerce, logistics, or financial systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Redis, PostgreSQL, or similar is an advantage.
