Deploy and upgrade business applications on Windows.
Provide 2 level support for troubleshoot and resolve incidents as well as configure monitoring log centralization systems.
Maintain the availability and performance of production environments.
Automate recurring tasks using Jenkins, Ansible/AAP, scripting.
Adhere to policies and processes to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the rest of the technical teams.

Bachelors or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.
Good experience in windows environments (2019 and later) and Middleware (IIS, MSSQL Server).
Experience in scripting and automation tools (Jenkins / Ansible / AAP) and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Splunk).
Understand applications interactions and dependencies in a distributed architecture with load balancers & interactions with external 3rd parties.
Willingness to be on-call for standby during nights and weekends.
