- Lead daily product delivery in collaboration with the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), Design, Technology teams, and various Business Units (BUs), working closely to understand product requirements, scope, and technical feasibility.
- Utilize Agile principles, the Scrum framework, or other relevant methodologies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Partner with Team Leaders to optimize processes, improving the efficiency of product development and delivery cycles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical product delivery, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and fulfill quality and timeline commitments made with EIRs and BUs.
คุณสมบัติ
- Over 5 years of experience in technical product delivery, with a focus on roles like Technical Product Owner.
- Proficient in Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and related methodologies.
- Skilled in process design and Agile ceremonies; well-versed in product frameworks such as Epic, Story, and Backlog management.
- Extensive experience managing product delivery sprints within tight deadlines and high-pressure settings.
- Capable of translating business requirements into technical deliverables, including UX/UI design and software development.
- Knowledge in mobile development technologies; experience in UX/UI design is advantageous.
- Background in banking or finance is beneficial.
- Good in English communication.
