Clarify project requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Support workshops with users for gap analysis, prepare test scripts, and plan deployments.
Liaise with Product Owners to understand product features, plan product releases, and prepare related project documentation.
Prepare functional specifications and diagrams for the technical team to support system development.
Manage configuration changes based on business requirements and perform testing to ensure expected outcomes.
Conduct analysis and prepare reports to provide operational and technical support to business operations.
Manage and perform internal functional testing of systems and system integrations before releasing them to business users for acceptance testing.
Translate business specification requirements into appropriate application functions for various applications.
Monitor and update project status, addressing any issues during implementation.
Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define business solutions.
Understand the current processes, analyze customer and user requirements, and prepare relevant documentation.
Actively participate in client discussions and meetings, manage engagements, and prepare concise and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the technical IT team and stakeholders to develop database design solutions.

At least 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience in project development, analysis, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Familiarity with application development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile hybrid models).
Experience in database management (MySQL, SQL).
Experience in coordinating all phases of application development: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, UAT support, training, and application support.
Good communication in English.
