Develop, maintain, and implement test automation frameworks across multiple platforms, including Web and API, while creating comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance tests.
Manage technical communications and develop a deep understanding of customer systems.
Analyze software systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to enhance overall quality.
Review project documents, customer requirements, and product objectives to design and execute effective test cases.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues from the technical support team, conduct bug testing, and generate detailed bug reports.
Maintain thorough documentation of all testing activities in daily and weekly reports.
Research and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to optimize testing processes.
Work closely with deployment teams to resolve system-level issues, contribute to product design discussions, and provide insights into testability.
Ensure final quality assurance before production releases.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in both automated and manual testing.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end (E2E) testing throughout the deployment process.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing test scripts.
Strong commitment to ensuring system quality and reliability.
