Job description
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the bank’s cybersecurity framework, policies, procedures, and strategic roadmap.
- Conduct routine threat assessments and vulnerability scans to identify, analyze, and prioritize security risks.
- Oversee security operations, ensuring timely system updates and effective deployment of security tools.
- Utilize security tools and monitoring systems to detect and respond to threats proactively.
- Establish and enforce user access policies, ensuring robust authentication and authorization controls.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure swift containment, eradication, and recovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber security, IT, Computer Sciences or any related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in security operations, threat management, and incident response.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, and/or CRISC.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools.
- Team Management experience is required.
