Job description
- Develop Ansible automation solutions for Infrastructure (Servers, Databases, Middleware, Cloud).
- Design and create Ansible Playbooks.
- Manage and configure the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Gather and define automation requirements.
- Collaborate on POC, testing, and deployment activities.
- Document and onboard automation use cases.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Ansible implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
- Experience in scripting/coding (e.g., PowerShell, Shell Script, Python, Terraform, or similar).
- Proficiency with automation tools (Ansible preferred).
- Knowledge basic of Infrastructure as Code concept (IaC).
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with Operating Systems, Database Technologies, and Middleware (e.g., IBM WAS, JBoss, Tomcat, Nginx preferred).
- Understanding of change management processes.
