Job Description:

  • Help develop and manage overall digital marketing strategies and campaigns including planning, operating, and analyzing campaign performance
  • Use, integrate, and manage the company’s communication channels, including websites, email, podcasts, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Produce and optimize content for all digital formats: Text, Graphics, Photo, Audio, Video
  • Track, analyze, and report digital platform effectiveness and performance (traffic, engagement, other metrics)
  • Help create and develop long-term strategies to drive the company’s brand identity and brand personality
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience creating and managing integrated, cross-platform digital marketing campaigns: social media, email, website (content, A/B testing), off-line promotions, earned media, etc.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and data-driven analytics
  • Hands-on experience using Google tools, Facebook tools and other third-party services
  • Experience writing / creating content
  • Some knowledge of HTML and/or CSS (knowledge of WordPress is a plus)
  • Basic (or better) skills using graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, independently, and to resolve problems
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on best practices in digital marketing
  • Fair-to-Good command of English
