Responsibilities:
- Establish vision and associated goals, objectives, and measures that align with the business vision and strategy.
- Lead and oversee the business conduct of the teams under supervision.
- Provide the leadership and guidance to team members in the execution and attainment of the said vision, goals, and objectives.
- Manage responsible teams to deliver high quality standards and outputs that align with engagement objectives and goals in a timely manner.
- Lead the team in the development and continuous improvement of relevant frameworks, standards, guidelines, and work processes required to achieve the vision and goals.
- Provide professional development and career guidance and coaching to team members.
- Lead and conduct any other related activities required to achieve own organization visions and goals.
- Responsible for managing the client relationship and conferring with internal analysts, developers and client executives regarding project specifications and goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or MSC degree in IT or related field.
- At least 15+ years of professional experience in large corporate or IT consulting company.
- Strong team management skills with a focus on the business value.
- Experience in CRM system and/or work in consultancy firm is a plus.
