Responsibilities:
- Evaluate process management and business requirements and translate them into Functional specification.
- Analyze and document business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified systems.
- Liaise with relates teams and clients to deliver functional requirements, screen and interface designs, impact/gap analysis before development.
- Design business flow, system diagram and others systems based on business requirements.
- Interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Collaborates with Product Owner and business partners to obtain and define requirements and translate into meaningful Epics and stories so that squad team can deliver objectives.
- Researches, designs, and documents processes for the enhancement, development, and maintenance of business systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Computer or equivalents business experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst role and at least one year in year in project management.
- Knowledge in Agile process, with experience in Waterfall Process is a plus.
- Strong MS offices, system/ application architecture, and/or other financial business systems.
- Ability to communicate and develop good relationship with internal and external.
- Auto Financial Business experience is preferred.
