Responsibilities:
- Admin contract agreement terms and conditions to comply with corporate policies and regulations with SLA and other obligations.
- Coordinate and process contract to ensure the process of approval, signing, recording and reporting will be completed as standard and guideline.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with concerned parties to ensure contract will be completed in a timely manner.
- Vendors sourcing and negotiating with vendors in order to meets the requirement with quality and time and IT procurement process.
Qualifications:
- 10 – 15 years experience in IT contract management, IT procurement management, vendor management or project management.
