Responsibilities: 
  • Tier-2 application support provides technical assistance for incidents affecting end users such as software problems, network breakdowns, and hardware failures, and coordinating with Tier-1 and regional technical support to resolve the issues.
Qualifications: 
  • Proven working experience in Java development using Java EE platforms.
  • Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, RESTful, and insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.).
  • Experienced in integration technologies i.e. message queue (Kafka, Solace, etc.), single sign-on integration (RHSSO, ADF, etc.).
  • Experienced in environment set up (Cloud/ VM), server configuration, CI/CD for the deployment and implementation.
  • Ability to work in shift and on holidays.
