Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data models in alignment with business requirements.
- Prepare and manage data models and semantic layers to support self-service reporting and deliver reliable business insights.
- Monitor the stability and availability of BI platforms, dashboards, and data pipelines to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Manage and monitor batch job servers to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive operational and technical documentation in compliance with governance standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Application Software Development or relevant technology/solution platforms.
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse and BI concepts.
- Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, ETL, Python, and programming logic.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and Universe Design.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
