Job description
- Develop and maintain efficient, clean RPG/AS400 code in line with best practices.
- Gather, analyze, and design document system requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate and enhance existing IT systems to improve performance and functionality.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation.
- Provide support during system implementation, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and support project delivery.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPG programming on the AS400 application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.
- Fair to good English communication skills.
- Experience or knowledge in the life insurance system is an advantage.
