Job description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and understand requirements.
- Prepare technical design documents for the development team.
- Ensure system design aligns with overall architecture and company standards.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Provide guidance and clarification to developers during the implementation phase.
- Facilitate design discussions and participate in review sessions with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work as part of a cross-functional squad (PM, PO, Developers, QA, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5 – 8 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role.
- Experience working on enterprise-level web applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
