Job description
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and IT systems, and validate findings with business users.
- Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders through BR walkthrough sessions, and support SA in translating system functions into business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Functional Specification documents, including conducting walkthroughs and updating documents when IT solutions change.
- Identify and define functional requirements to support each business need.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, and collaborate closely with SA, QA, and business users.
- Act as a representative in IT project kick-off meetings.
- Support IT teams in coordinating across ST, SIT, UAT, implementation, and PVT phases.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or System Analyst roles.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic, passionate, and self-driven.
