Job description
- Create and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and goal achievement.
- Manage project scope to align deliverables with business requirements and constraints.
- Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Collaborate with IT security, business units, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of IT project management experience with methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong knowledge of IT security (cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex issue resolution.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Banking or financial services experience preferred.
