Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day ERP system support and conduct user training to ensure effective system utilization.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle ad-hoc system-related queries and requests.
  • Maintain and update master data regularly.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in Salesforce and other cloud-based applications to support end-to-end local systems.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide cross-functional system support.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation, application support, or data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.
