Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for full functions of Human Resources; compensation and benefit, recruitment, training and development, performance management and employee relations.
  • Responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining HR records, documents, policies, processes & procedures to meet legislative requirements, as well as developing, implementing and continually reviewing a Performance Management System. 
Qualifications: 
  • Full functions of Human Resources, Compensation & benefits, Recruitment & Training, Performance Management and Employee relation.
  • Be able to coordinate with Payroll service provider.
  • Dynamic, hard-working and trustworthy with confidential information.
