Responsibilities: 
  • Support and assist PM to delivery the IT projects and prepare the proposal, timeframes, schedules and budgets.  
  • Coordinate relevant activities such as meeting arrangement and taking minutes of the meeting.

 

Qualifications: 
  • Experience and background in Project Coordinator or project Admin.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
